Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

 

All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, your item is printed and fulfilled specifically for you.

 

 

Processing Time

 

  • Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, launches), processing times may extend slightly.

 

 

Shipping Time

After your order is produced:

 

  • U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days

 

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

 

 

Split Shipments

 

If your order includes multiple items or products fulfilled by different partners (Printful & Printify), your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

 

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

 

 

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

 

  • The number of items in your order

  • The size and weight of each product

  • Your delivery location

 

 

Tracking Information

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

 

 

Incorrect Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

 

We are not responsible for:

 

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

 

If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs will apply.

 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control.

 

If your package appears lost or stuck in transit:

 

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • We’ll work with the fulfillment partner and carrier to investigate

 

 

International Shipping (If Applicable)

 

  • International delivery times vary by destination

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

 

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

 

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide:

     

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the issue

 

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

 

Sizing Issues

 

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

 

Because items are made to order:

 

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues

  • Measurements may vary slightly (±1 inch), which is normal in apparel production

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it:

 

  • Please check with your local carrier or neighbors first

  • Contact us within 7 days if the issue persists

 

We are not responsible for:

 

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Theft after delivery

 

 

Incorrect Addresses

 

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

 

Reshipping fees will apply.

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.

 

After that point, production may have already begun and the order cannot be changed.

 

 

Final Sale Items

 

All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
